Well, if she had not continued to go there and post for two years, she wouldn't have been there to harass her.
It seems a bit like driving to someone's house everyday for them to rape you, doesn't it? lol.
On the other hand, these law students should be a little more cautious with their careers. Now they are going to all have to spend boatloads to defend this suit. Well, that is unless some other lawyer who wants some free media attention latches on to them.
I am LOL'ing at the summons over the internet, though. It had about 100 things wrong with it. I wonder whether the professor who is doing this has ever practiced law in the real world or if he is one of those who knows everything about theory and nothing about practicing law.
