Counting Protein take a look

Yes and now

I take into account it's calories from protein but i dont count that as my protein cos the protein in oats etc is real poor

I try to get 210g of quality protein a day, anything extra is just that but it's taken into account
 
Baby and Molini, do you also run a mile and only count the straightaways? Count everything, cuz I know when you're eating that oatmeal, you're also eating protein w/ it, which means the oatmeal is not a poor source. They combine to create a complete source. That goes for everything, rice, oatmeal etc
 
Yeah, but, I think it's missing thepoint to worry more about the source than the number. Eat as many whole sources as possible, steak, chicken, eggs, but, count the other stuff too.
