Could someone help me on Mixed Martial Arts???

[FONT=&quot]Hi everyone, I have a special interest in watching the Mixed Martial Arts matches and tournaments and it really amazes me how the fighters keep themselves up to date in terms of health. Anyone on that platform requires a perfect body and one of my friends has a passion for this and so I want to gather as much information as I can in terms of keeping fit in this fight game. If you have any information on this, please let me know[/FONT]
 
The biggest tip I can give anyone who wants to get into MMA is to get flexible. Alot of amatuers who want to get into the sport forget about that, and its a huge part.

Tell your friend to find a good MMA place to train @ in his local area, get used to seeing the local faces and hang with them for a while, observe, observe, and then PRACTICE DAILY...

The only way to get good is to put in the hours to the cause, with out that a passion isn't fullfilled..

Or if he can't find a good MMA spot (WITH NO EGO'S), then try to find himself a good Brazillian Jiu jitsu training center.. Them guy's are usually easy to learn from and don't fucking kill you when you start, they are usually there to help, and teach....

it's all about the HOURS HE WANTS TO PUT INTO IT THOUGH!!!!!

I have done martial arts from i was wery young. I have done it all. Taekwondo,Karate,Boxing,Kickboxing,Shoot fighting and Thai Boxing. What info are u seaking for ??
