Im trying to help my boss (i work at a gym).. but she has really got into some bad habits of eating/snacking on a lot of junk food. Like she wont eat dinner, but instead have a family block of chocolate lol. She used to train 2 hours a day and do a lot of bodybuilding.. despite her bad eating habbits, she is still fairly slim and definately not fat. Anyway she says she wants to start training again and eating right. She is big on supplements and buys a lot of fat burners, protein bars etc. (i dont think she really knows what she is doing when it comes ot supplements).

I told her i was planning another order from america (im in australia and we got crap supplements here) and she wants to order some things with me but she isnt sure what to get. Im male and know whats good for men to take, but are females different? im not sure what would be best for her. Her goals are mostly to lose fat and tone up some more.

So lets just assume she DOES get your diet and training back on track...

Could you recommend some good things? like best female fat burners, anything thatll stop chocolate cravings etc. thinks like that? Any help would be mostly appreciated.

I cant go overboard on the budget for this one...

I was thinking some lean green (sinse thats cheap and pretty good)
.. but then either Glucophase XR (nutrient partioning supplement), or either Melting Point or Sesamin/Sesathing. and of course staples - vitamins/efas

Any there any other effective cheaper supplements available? like would apple cider, ginseng be any good?

Any advice? thanks

I'm no expert, but its common knowledge on this board that generally speaking *anything* you get from the AnafitStore will work very well:

https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop/

If you want a stimulant fat burner, go for Thermorexin. This could be a lil harsh on the side effects. For another stim that's easy on you, go for Cardio Breeze. If she wants fat loss without the stimulant effects, go for Levorex and or Glucorell R.

A great alternative is Stimulant X - get this from bodybuilding.com because its half the price. Personally, I think this is the best stim that I've tried. Also Yohimburn ES will work wonders as a stumulant, and the classic Ephedrine/Caffiene stack. Just search here, the official sites or google for info on them.

get her whole food supplements, they will nourish her and fill her appetite at the same time without killing her diet.

liver tabs, brewer's yeast, lecithin, vit. C 2 grams day (500mg x 4) vit. E 400mg x 2 day
100 mcg selenium, 2x day or 3-5 brazil nuts daily

now exercise and watch sugar, carb, intake for awhile
