Is this really worth eating and spending $.60 a day on? I mean, it seems like a simple multi-vitamin or two would be better. The vitamins, while not having a high bioavailability, still would provide the 29% vitamin A in the lettuce. And the fiber content? Well. That's next to nothing.
I really don't see much of a benefit.
And I doubt getting it 'from the source' is going to be anything that entirely different.
