im starting to prep for my second show right after the hollidays and need some personal info regarding your contest prep. i just want to compare your techniques versus my technique...just to see if i can learn i thing or two.

Id like people to post some diets, supps, drugs, cardio techniques they use. Im just tired of listening to self proclaimed gurus who dont teach you shit.

ALL OPIONIONS welcomed.

BTW..i have access to pretty much every drug there is...oh and before i forget i dont plan on using gh.

Let's see.

Diet - High protein, moderate carbs (all complex), moderate fats from EFA's. 1+ gallons of water per day. Very low saturated fats and no refined sugars.

Training - 4 days weight training a week and 3 days of cardio morning and night.

Supps - High quality protein powders, Livers, Aminos, BCAA's, ECA Stack, L-Glutamine, Multi-Vit, Vit-C, Vit-E, ALA.

Gear - Combination of Test Prop, Fina, Winny, Primo, Halotestin, Clen, T3, Liquidex, Proviron, HGH. Not all at the same time of course.

Way too much to go over in one post. Further, not many on this board compete.

If I did it again, I'd run the following compounds the last 8wks:

Suspension, fina, winny, GH, proviron, clen/ECA.
 
Well, you will probably get tons of different opinions simply because what works for one may not work well for another. I am getting ready to do my first contest in Mar, my diet & cycle were set up by a very knowledgeable national level competitor who has had great success helping others out. Here is what my diet & cycle looks like.........

------------Diet--------------------

5200 Calories (using Beverly supps)

Meal #1
3 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
10 oz. 93% lean beef
1 cup oatmeal before cooking
1 TBS Flax Oil

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 3 Scoops Ultra Size,1 scoop Muscle Provider, 2 TBS whipping cream (1 oz.), 1 small scoop Mass Maker and 18-oz water

Meal #3
10 oz. chicken (before cooking)
8 oz. sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) or salad with 2 TBS. Low Cal Dressing

Meal #4
3 Scoops Ultra Size
6 TBS whipping cream
18 oz water
or
6 oz chicken breast and 1 cup cottage cheese or 6 oz beef, 1 apple

Meal #5
12 oz. 93% lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish and once or twice weekly sirloin steak
2 cups vegetables
1 TBS Flax Oil

Meal #6
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites, 8 oz. 93% lean beef, 1 cup vegetables
Or: 6 -oz chicken breast and 1 cup cottage cheese or 6 oz beef, 1 apple
Or: 3 Scoops Ultra Size, 6 TBS whipping cream, 18-oz water


Supplement Programs
Vitamins: Ultra 4 – 4 per day with meals
Lean Mass Support: Ultra 40 – 6 with each meal
Anabolic Lean Support: Mass Aminos – 4 with each meal
Recovery: 10 grams (2 tsp.) L-Glutamine before and after training
2 Antioxidants after training.

Optional: Creatine Monohydrate Cycle for all of the above levels: (please
mix in water only)
1st and 6th Week ˆ Load 1 teaspoon per meal
2nd, 3rd, 4th and 7th Week - 1 teaspoon with meal #1 and 1 teaspoon post
training
Weeks 5, 8, 9 and 10 ˆ Off.

-------------Cycle--------------

Week 1-6 Test Enth 500mg P/W, Test prop 300mg P/W, EQ 300mg P/W, D-Bol 30mg ED (first 4 weeks)
Week 7-12 Test Prop 500mg P/W, EQ 500mg P/W Fina 300mg P/W
Week 8-16 Fina 300mg, Winny 300mg P/W, Primo 300mg P/W, Proviron 25mg a day, Nolva 20mg a day, Clen 4mcg a day.
 
Going to have my BMI checked sometiem between today & Sat, I'll let ya know. My weight is 239 @ 6'5" I'm guessing around 12%BF. I just started my cycle last night so the stats will be changing a lot in the next few weeks I'm sure.
