inversion table. That one is all my fault. I read for years about decompressing after deadlifting or squatting, but I was young and just didn't understand how perpetually compressed I was. The back still ins't great but it's a far cry from what it used to be. Changed when I started religiously hanging every day and not just whenever the back tweaked. Every day 10 minutes once or twice a day. When you're badly compressed, feeling your lower spine decompress/pull apart...is one of the most disconcerting feelings I've ever felt. But to be fair I haven't shoved anything up my ass like you have pick3 do infront of his webcam....
