Hi Everybody - I am a newbie looking to lose fat and get toned. I've been searching the internet, but there are so many different diets/exercise routines that I'm totally confused! I wanted a woman's opinion on what has worked and where I should start.
I am 23, 5'6", and somewhere around 130 - 135 lbs. I'm not overly concerned with what the scales say, but I've noticed that my clothes are getting tight and I'm expanding in several directions! I also need to work out for health reasons. I'm looking at several gyms this week, so hopefully I will be signed up and in one soon!
What I'm really looking for is some advice on where I should start in terms of diet and exercise. Thanks for all your help!
