Hi, great site full of great information and debates,i have tried to do as much background research as i can before posting a thread, this will be my 3rd cycle that i am about to start, the first 2 cycles were nothing to shout about, i done 5 weeks of sustanon many years ago before the internet was about,to be honest diet was crap, training was crap and no pct,i done a beggeners oral stack cycle 4 months ago of week 1-6 40mg dianabol a day, week 3,5,6 10mg nolvadex week 7,8 50mg clomid now i am going to start a 12 week cycle of 500mg of sustanon a week and 8 weeks of 50mg a day of winstrol tabs, my question,, is this a good cycle, and also i have orderd a 10ml of 250mg of sustanon, am i right in thinking i need to pull 1 ml into my syringe to give me 250mg,,,, thanks

8 weeks of an oral is going to be a strain on you liver. I would go with winny the last 6 weeks max.

10ml of sust 250 will only last 5 weeks.

If it's 250mg/ml then one cc=250mg
