Concentrate, blend or isolate?

does it really matter what protein you use? i have always used blend myself (concentrate with isolate) and i have always had good results from it. Is there any other reason to use the other stuff, and if so why?

honestly - i don't believe it will make an enormous difference overall - but....

people prefer an isolate post-workout because it's rapidly absorbed (compared to a concentrate, or casein, for example).

so a concentrate/isolate blend is actually preferable at any other time of the day (since it will offer a slower, steadier stream of aminos, etc.,).
 
Someone gave me good advice once... worry about quantity first then quality. Just make sure your hitting 1.5g/lb a day and you should be fine, once you nailed that look at the different types, amino acid profiles... ONES YOU CAN STOMACH and grow! :)
