I'm good friends with Travis Ortmayer. He IS sponsored by them but he has never lied to me about anything and he says that it works better for him that standard creatine.

Tried it, got the same results as I did off of ON's Micronized Creatine Powder. Maybe it will work different for you, but in my opinion creatine is creatine. Just make sure you get a good pure creatine.


That being said; I think this belongs in the supplements forum
