here's my pic, im not much to brag about. I've been working out heavy for almost 3 years. My chest lags, i just cant get it to grow, yet its pretty strong, any suggestions would be appreciated.. and please critique. Thanks bros
Looks good from the pose but you should post other pics to see most of your body. BTW what was your 1st cycle like. I don't see much water retention and you look solid.
I had the same problem for a long time,my delts are very dominant and whenever My chest really starts to get hit my shoulders take over the load.All I can say is you really have to concentrate on isolating,maybe pre exhausting your pecs or if you can handle it try working chest the day after delts,that might keep them from taking the work load of your chest .Other than what you say about your chest you look great.
Lookin good. What about the legs though? Just remember now you have come off, this is the hardest part - holding as much size as you can. It is depressing, you will feel pain more and feel like shit whilst off. What makes a true bodybuilder is getting through that stage and staying mentally strong. Eat as much as you can right now, even though you are off, this will help keep size.

1 warm up set
2 sets working with a weight you can do 10-12 reps
hamer incline/smith
2 sets 10-12 reps
decline dumbell
2 sets weight which allows 12-15
flys
2 sets 15-20 reps
dont go to heavy all your doing is power lifting if ya do
eventually you will be able to do heavy weights for 10-15 reps per set then your chest will be big.
Hey dude your chest looks great but like all the other guys on here you forgot to show your wheels so from what i can see of them your need to work them harder. Other than that keep up the good work!
