Vitargo, highly branched cyclic dextrins and waxy maize starch are all MUCH better options then dextrose.
Dextrose is glucose. It's pure sugar.
The other 3 are high molecular weight carbohydrates. They are sugar free but digested and absorbed very easily by the body. Their high molecular weight nature causes a 'shuttling effect'. It will help shuttle the foods/supplements you eat with the product into muscle cells.
After each of my workouts, I use 30g whey isolate (I like vanilla isolation from n2bm.com) with 40-80g fruit punch flavoured vitargo. It takes like a fruit creamsicle. It is really really good.
