comparing vitargo vs dextrose

Vitargo, highly branched cyclic dextrins and waxy maize starch are all MUCH better options then dextrose.

Dextrose is glucose. It's pure sugar.

The other 3 are high molecular weight carbohydrates. They are sugar free but digested and absorbed very easily by the body. Their high molecular weight nature causes a 'shuttling effect'. It will help shuttle the foods/supplements you eat with the product into muscle cells.

After each of my workouts, I use 30g whey isolate (I like vanilla isolation from n2bm.com) with 40-80g fruit punch flavoured vitargo. It takes like a fruit creamsicle. It is really really good.
 
these types of sugars are good for those who use insulin post workout or maybe an endurance runner who runs many miles. but for a normal weight lifter you don't need them at all man.

I completely agree with @stevesmi here - a usual bodybuilder or an athlete does not need all those products, so I would not even bother with them.
