Aight Bros.. These are some pics from a year ago this time, pretty much exactly how I look now.. Maybe a little more muscle. I was 164 lbs at about 6.5%bf in this pic. Now I am just as cut but around 180 lbs. I am still all-natural till this point but considering starting my first cycle of Test Ent and Eq @ 250 mg/week here in about two weeks. Just looking for any advice. I have considered selling the AAS and staying natural for another year or so.. Oh yeah also 5'10'' 21 years old.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Card

Unless your goals are to compete sometime soon, I'd hold out a couple of more years. Your body is doing fine on its own. Good work!

Unless that you want more mass rapidly for whatever reason, hold on gear one year.See what you can do it without juice. You look good for natural body and ripped

Thnx guys.. I was getting ready for a show there... I am looking to do a show next fall and want to add some size. This one will be NPC, not sure how I would fair being natural. Anyhow keep the advice coming!

Stepping into the NPC and competing natural is a big step, depending on the contest. I know, because I have competed in the NPC while natural. I competed middle weight, I always placed but could not win the larger contests. There are a lot of different products that BB's are using for competiton in addition to AS these days.

Judging from your pics, if you are serious about the competition, you either need to wait another year and focus on size or consider some help. Just an honest response from someone that did it naturally for years.

Thnx Bro, exactly what kinda advice were/are you talking about? I was living in AZ last summer and fall and was planning on doing the Nov. 2 "western Regionals" but unfortunately I tore my miniscus in my left knee and that three me all down and shit. Now just four weeks ago I strained all the lower back muscles and slipped some of the padding between my l4&l5. So I have been recupperating from that. However, I just got back in the gym this week and started doing some little work to get back.. I have four more weeks before the Doc will let me get back to it..

Thnx Zoom, any advice I would greatly appreciate.

I would think that the Western Regionals are tough. What I meant by help was that you should find some people that are in your area that currently compete or have recently. Attend an NPC
National Qualifier and compare yourself to those guys.

However, with all of that said, there is not a better way to learn than to compete. I just don't think that you can get very far being natural. If you could pull off a Regional win I would think that would be awesome and also that is where you pretty much get stuck without AS.

Also, are your injuries from the gym or something else?

Once again thnx guys.

Zoom: As far as the western regionals I was going to come in banuma weight class.. The guy that actually won that weight class was good friends w/ my roomie and was older.. I can't think of his name but I think I would have faired well against him had the training not been brought to such a hault. Any how, I have met a guy here where I am that does NPC and he is definately smaller than I and is using at the moment, not sure his weight class, hmm???

As far as the injuries they have been in the weight room, knee from squats and back from deads! Any advice?? All is welcome.

Thnx,

Thnx Lee

For all of the AS users, if I were to run a cycle what would you suggest.. I want to gain size like I have said but want to be able to retain a high % of those gains and have an easy post/recovery!

SUGGESTION???

Lookin awesome Card! Jeez I hate peeps w/ abs. ;)

Have you looked at competing in any all-natty (actual natural organizations such as NGA or something)? Also what are your goals? You ready to go balls to the wall into comp? If you want to pace yourself over the next, say 3-4 yrs, then maybe take 6 months & research the crap out how to AS, pick a trial cycle and go from there?

A thought that a friend of mine brought up who is 35 now & has been competing & juicing for at least 10 yrs -- you can really go hog wild w/ the juice when you are first getting into the competition because you see the sick size on some of these guys. But then when you get later in life & you are looking to start a family & all -- you are this hyuge juice goon and if you let it go, it all turns to flab & then u are just a hyuge goon. I just thought it was a good point to make to someone who is competing and would want to be very serious about it.

But totally looks awesome!

Sassy Thnx, your words are appreciated. I have been in a show in Indianapolis about two years ago that was natural but can't tell you who sponsored, put the show on. Ever since I have tried to do three others- one a college campus based and the other two NPC.. I continue to keep fucking myself up (knee, back, shoulder) while getting ready for the shows. That is in fact why I am contemplating starting AS for not only helping my gains but helping w/ injuries *DECA* :)

However, I train balls to the wall and I already get accused of being on the juice.. HMMM should I just start ?

Bro you have a great start/base going for ya. think about holding off another year or so on the juice. you are only 21 y/o and you have many years of lifting left ahead of you. You obviously have the dedication to do just that. If it ain't broke yet, don't think about fixin' it.
