Comment my first cycle set-up

Hey guys,

Dutchie over here, I went to EliteFitness because it seems like you guys actually give some usefull information instead of flaming all ideas like they do back here.

I am planning on doing winstrol only as a first cycle.

Why A.S.?
I believe it fits my purpose. I've had this little layer of fat my entire life, and even though I held myself on a strict regime it wouldn't go away. I've gathered a lot of experience in the 6 years that I've been training, so I'm confident I am ready.

Why Winstrol (only)?
Since this is my first time doing AS, I think Winstrol is a good starter. I think Winstrol can help me reach my goal

My goal
Maintaining muscle mass and lose bodyfat, some gains would be a nice extra. To be exact lose 5% bodyfat.

My stats
180cm
86kg
15%bf
25 years old

How ?
Eat just below maintenance and do 30 min. of cardio twice a week.
Starting with 20mg up to 40mg a day (might go to 50, but I have to see how my body reacts).

I am planning to use 'Animal Cuts' in the period before my holliday, trying to get rid of all the water weight. Is this smart/usefull for getting that ripped look ?

I'd love to get some decent feedback!

Cheers
samrs triple stack will work better for what you looking for.I dont like winny alone for it at all.

You might just have water retention? In one of those that carries around allot of water no matter how much I drink.

I am new to this forum and have been doing a lot of research on Clen.... However the side effects kind of freak me out. I am pretty active work out 5 times a week and have a very hectic 12 hour 3rd shift schedule. That being said I am very strict on a high protein paleo type nutrition plan and looking into more fat loss in prep for my up coming Wedding! I am curious about this SARMS everything I click on says nothing about it such as side effects or how to take it or what I can expect? If the side effects are less I'm interested just want to know more about it! I am a female 5'9 180lbs

Winstrol is not the best choice for attaining you're goal... "Clenbuterol" would help you lose the 5% body fat better. Clen will also give you the ENERGY to bump up you're cardio routines more than 30 minutes twice a week. You should be doing a minimum of 1 hour of cardio.

Consume 1200 to 1500 calories daily while burning at least 700 to 800 calories in the gym doing cardio, combining with your weight training...

Eating a clean high protein diet should enable you to achieve you're goals of maintaining muscle and losing body fat.

Consume 1200-1500 cals per day whilst burning at least 700 is terrible advice. Sure it will work but what will happen when he stops? It's a good way to fuck up your metabolism and get fat once he starts eating again. No man should be consuming that many cals per day unless he is about 3ft tall.

Based off of the this comment. I felt the subject needed to try something a little extreme to get the desired results. Probably in only 2 months. I would not recommend doing this for a long period of time. As for what will happen when he stops?. If he continues to eat clean and slowly ups his calories and continues you train hard. He will be successful in maintaining the fat off that he has lost while continuously building quality muscle.

I can guarantee you when someone posts online saying they are following a strict regime and they are not lean you can pretty much bet they are not eating no where as good as they should be for their goals.. Although to the OP have you had blood work done recently (test, thyroid etc).

You are correct twiz... good stuff... low cal diets can have there place in extreme cases but I doubt this is one (it's probably hormonal or diet related). I am sure with a few modifications the OP will be made up after a few months of hard work.
