coming off a 4yr. Layoff once I'm back in
The routine of lifting again 3-4monthes I'm
Gonna use up need toos gear for the first year
Too see IF I can blow back up to a lean 225lbs.
I'm 215lbs.now pretty smoothe Now and a lil
Extra skin now.
Will post as I go and take pics fat to finish
