What sucks is that Comcast is the only cable available to me here. It's almost like they have a monopoly so why should they care about competing? Thus makes them lazy and carefree.
Back when I was wanting to switch to digital and receive a few more channels I checked into upgrading with Comcast only to find that they are MUCH more expensive than a dish.
Botttom line, Comcast sucks. I will only use them as a last resort now.
Just go to Comcast's website. Half the functions don't even work. Plus it's poorly laid out.
That says a lot about the kind of company they are.
comcast is the only cable available here too. but I cant even get comcast to come here when I can look out my back door and see a cable box for my neighbhors. lol I really dont want to use a dish but have no choice. I cant belive a company can have such shitty customer and PRE customer service.
