the old cliche you will bring down progesterone by keeping your estrogen in check is actually correct. there was some debate about this in recent years but i am 100% confident in that

You need some progresterone in you as a male. you don’t want it crashed

There's nothing that will lower progesterone only prolactin and estrogen
