what do you guys do for a pregame mental warmup to get pumped up?

That is different for everybody. Some guys can just turn on/off the "switch"; some build up a couple hours before to peak time. Myself, it's the calm before the storm approach. The best feeling is at the end of our National Anthem, I almost always get tears in my eyes and I know the battle is just about to begin. Time to ROCK!
