I'm applying to a program that's asking me to name everything I've been convicted of. The thing is it's not a required question, so theoretically I could just leave it blank and act like I never saw it; this way I'm not actually lying. I'm really tempted to do this, but obviously if they find out I have some shit I'm probably screwed. Do y'all think a school in California would find a misdemeanor in Virginia?

Don't worry about a misdemeanor, they can't even track them within my own state between counties. DUI's are one exception but that's just a couple of neighboring states and depending on the county it still might never hit the grid, thank Jesus for government incompetence. I have a disorderly conduct from my 21st b-day that only shows up in the county I plead no contest and paid the fine.

i didnt get charged for my fake ID....i was going to get alcohol possession of a minor but i plead guilty and i think it got reduced to some town ordinance for conduct.
