Are these effective for women ? I have read that it really improves hair, nails and skin. What are your thoughts?
 
Collagen supplements are scams.

If you want to improve your skin, hair and nails... nutritional density in your diet is the answer.

Besides proteins, fats and starchy carbs...
Eat 3, 4, 5 portions of veggies plus 2, 3 portions of fruit every day and keep yourself hydrated.

Much better, cheaper and effective.

I actually really like collagen supplements. As a society, we don't eat the tendons/ligaments of the animal.

If you give a dog a chicken, it'll eat the whole thing - bones, tendons and all.

As humans, we remove all that and eat just the breast, the thigh etc.

There are a lot of health benefits to collagen supplements. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body
