Collagen for joint relief from heavy lifts?

hello all!
Quick Q:
I used to take deca for joints pain and recovery after work outs, but not sure it is doing the trick. I have been lifting for 20yrs now since my early 30's (late I know) and just now my joints are feeling it, it use to be all muscle pain, but now joints feel different. Will supplementing with collagen along with Deca help?
What other compounds are good for healing joints?
 
Collagen supplements for joint relief are a major scam. Collagen surrounds your joints but if you eat it, your body will digest it just like it would any other protein source. Eating collagen will not help repair your joints. It would be kind of like eating chicken breast to try and get bigger breasts.

at your age the best thing you can do is supplement daily with a joint support supplement. don't wait till you are really fucked. n2jointrx is a great one to use

also you need to incorporate deloads into your workouts and listen to your body with breaks here and there. things change when you age, believe me I am like you.. been lifting for 20+ years and trust me the younger guys have NO FUCKING CLUE what its like for a 40 year old vs. a 20 year old. your recovery slows way down
 
Usually glucosamine is one of the supplements that can help you with the joints. If you want something that is a stack of joint-friendly supplements, n2jointrx is your friend then.

Other than that, HGH would also help you a lot, but its difficult to get legit hgh and also for a good price
 
Are you currently on TRT? I have some friends that are and do a low dose deca alongside their test for the joint relief. As you can see though the deca just makes it feel better but doesn't heal anything. I would definitely be taking a joint supplement like N2JointRX. You could also run Ostarine with it. I would be supplement a fish oil supplement around 6g every day.
