cold spray before injecting ???

A guy at my gym says he uses cold spray before injecting. Says it takes away the initial sting of the injection. Anyone ever done this?

I've heard some guys say they use ice to numb the area they inject. Its a waste of time, injections don't hurt at all.

What initial sting? Don't bother with all the horseshit! Just use the basic, proper and sterile injection technique and enjoy growin' bro.

I would think it would hurt more because the cold will tighten the skin and make the muscle more tense.
