if you are working out fasted that is an option as long as the coffee is plain and not too heavy.
i personally only care about doing 1 thing before a workout and that is hydrating when i wake up and shitting/pissing out everything i can... i don't NEED coffee but i understand some of you are addicted to it that you can't function without it.. ironically coffee is a diuretic and will dehydrate you. so you don't want to consume it if possible
