I happen to love caffeine before workouts. I workout at 5am when the doors open and it helps substantially. Other than that I dont use caffeine ever. I do t eben drink coffee. It has its place and it has its benefits if you use it in the right scenario. If you workout in evenings i wouldn't use them because it will interfere with sleep
