Coconut oil differences

what is the difference between the coconut oil I buy from the drugstore that cost for five bucks for a bottle and the coconut oil that you buy from the health food store that comes in a tub. I'm looking to add coconut oil to my diet but want to make sure I'm buying the right one

the difference is that it is refined. that would be like saying what is the difference between brocolli fried in canola oil and brocolli organic steamed.

you always want to buy coconut oil that is

1. UNREFINED
2. COLD PRESSED
3. ORGANIC

otherwise you are wasting your time

Make sure you get cold pressed coconut oil it's better quality, but drug stores have good quality too just have to check the label

you need to buy the cold pressed stuff which contain the nutrition. the refined crap has everything zapped away
