clomid skin rash??

just started my pct for a helladrol stano200 cycle, taking liquid clomid at 25/day for 4 weeks alongside DAA and recycle, 2nd dose today and noticed my abs and chest have a slight rash, nothing major but a bit bumpy, looks like the start of a rash, could this be caused by the clomid ? should i continue and see if it worsens or just cut it now and continue to run thee DAA and recycle?
any help appreciated, cheers boys
