Clen's symptom after cycle

I have used for two weeks the recommended dosage of clenbuterol suggested in a faq thread one this one (a pretty good one). I did everything said and everything went fine during the cycle. So when finished, comes the troubles and there I need help.

1. I know clen is bad.
2. I have an appointement with my doc (but in one month)

So I'd like help to support and maybe stop those nasty symptom.
I'm 27, 190lbs and about 15-16%BF, going to the gym for the past 7 years but had a rough last year and loosen up the belt.

Since I stopped using the clen, I have the feeling my heart is racing and beating much more stronger but only when I'm at rest (sleeping, tv or cinema, etc...). The sleep is quite affected and the anxious feeling your heartbeat give is no help. My cheeks and nose's skin is times to times red and thick like a sunburn.
 
the symptoms go away after 3-4 days

with your stats it makes zero sense to use clen. all you needed to do was get off your butt and hit the track and change some things with your diet. you wanted a short cut and look what happened, hopefully you learned your lesson..

I found in at least 30% of users, these residual sides are an issue, but those are generally temporary. Take taurine, probiotics, minerals/vitamins, and drink plenty of liquids (water) - don't forget to get lots of rest, and you should be on your way to recovery.
 
I take about 6g taurine, potassium calcium and vitamine since the start. It's been two weeks im off now and symptoms are still there.
And Yes i know my lazy/impatient Ass got spanked.

If you did your research then you know clen will damage your heart tissue. Why the fuck anyone would still do it is beyond me. With your stats, taking clen is such a lazy "let a magic pill do the work for me" way out. Unreal.

Get off your ass and change your diet, cardio and training if you want to lose body fat. Then pray you didn't do any permanent damage to yourself. Un fucking real.

That sounds problematic at best. I would suggest going to the doctor and getting your heart checked.

Might sound like throwing more shit into the fire. But look into gw 1550 or whatever the number is. I ran clen before twice,once I bowed out after a week because I felt so damn shitty on it, that it just wasn't worth it, second time I ran clen for 6 weeks 2 weeks on 2 off 2 on with the Ec stack on the weeks off at 75 Mgs ephedrine and 600 Mgs caffein total / day. Clen dosage didn't go above 100 mcg at peak. With gw at 20 Mgs a day I had 0 symptoms . Slept like a baby , and got ripped, too ripped I lost too much weight. I'm not saying this is safe I am well experienced and versed with ass and always do my research. This is just food for thought as I believe gw lowers resting heart rate. I had an ECT scan after that run and my heart is healthy . But I train like a beast and keep cardio strong
 
Also, with your stats you should just focus on diet because otherwise you pose greater Health risks at higher bf

With his stats all he needed was a diet and cardio tweak and a strong OTC fat burner. I hope any noobs reading this looking for a summer abs short cut realize that clen can seriously fuck you up.

I did the two week on two week off (stopped there) but ran half the ephedrine you did. Now i just stay away from anything but m'y sleeping pill which doesnt help much atm.

Holy shit, you ran ephedrine with it too?! Then I'm sure you don't need another lecture about how that alone isn't good for your heart. I really do hope your issues subside. I would ask for an echocardiogram too.

Meanwhile, you should get a lot of rest (don't train or do cardio), eat well and stay stress free until you get a check-up.

What i did first but When im actually doing something like sport, i feel great. I kinda think it's anxiety that stood there after the first symptom days. I'll post doc result after m'y check up. Thanks for those who helped!

I know this pretty late but the result came up as only anxiety due to some personal event but the clen aggravated the crisis. I still say to keep as far as possible from clen.
