First of all Clenbuterol is not a steroid, its a medicine used for asthma in some european countries, it is however banned in the US. Because of the fact that this is not a steroid you do not need PcT. Clen is a very strong fat burner and thermogenic thats why the cycles are always recommended in increasing dosages 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. You can follow this:
Day 1-3 40mcg x day
Day 4-6 60mcg x day
Day 7-9 80mcg x day
Day 10-12 120mcg x day
Day 13-14 140mcg x day
I would NOT recommend going over 140mcg x day as very large amounts of Clen can cause really bad heart problems
You have to listen to your body if at any moment you dont feel good, lower the dosage and then come
Back to it. Thats why the dosages are increasing because you need to build tolerance to it.
VERY IMPORTANT with clen
*Drink 2 gallons of water x day
*take 6 g of Taurine to avoid muscle cramps from clen
*take a Potassium supplement or 3 bananas x day to avoid headaches from clen.
*do not take after 4pm, take it all mid morning after breakfast
*keep an antihistamine ( benadryl) on hand and take 1 hour before bed, only if you're having trouble sleeping, also take 1 a day for 5 days after you finish the 2 weeks ( days 15-19) it will help reset your beta receptors for when you start your second 2 weeks.
*do not use for over 8 weeks.
