Clenbuterol, worth it?

I know diet and training is obviously the main thing for results, not expecting any sort of magical pill, but is clen actually worth paying for to speed up the process?

Iv heard clen has an anti-catabolic effect, is this true?

What is your experience with clen?
Were the results satisfying?
What was your diet? (Deficit, Macros)

clen works, yes. it will give you that extra 5% fat loss on top of your good diet and trainng. however it is not good for your health at all and should be left for those competing. but thats my opinion on steroids too....

Should be starting a clen cycle next week.
Do you know if clen is anti catabolic?
So will I not loose muscle while on the cycle?
 
Certainly some good advice from bigorse on clen. Here's a video that we did on clenbuterol too if you're interested Daniel.

 
U have to take clen twice a day first thing in the morning and other dose in early afternoon for 14days straight must do cardio and eat well CLEAN ' then one more week off two days on one day off then ur 4th and final week is the opposite one day on two days off after 14 days ur receptors shut down so u have to shot gun it for the last two weeks then ur done :) clenbuterol works very well with T3's also such as cyotmel half a pill per day for those 4 weeks :)
 
Clen is muscle sparing by its very mechanism of action for sure.
Also you should either run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to prevent b2 receptor downregulation or run it with ketotifen at 1mg/day, at night before bed. The ketotifen will allow you to run it for up to 8 weeks straight at responsible doses.
I recommend using it with ketotifen for the simple fact that I feel it keeps clen doses at a reasonable & responsible level. Do not do any pyramid up or down nonsense. If clen is working at a dose simply keep it at that dose. Do NOT do any set dosage increases and do not pyramid down at the end of using it. Just stop.

If I don't have it, how would I go buy doing a clen cycle?

Id run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Id start low and stick with the lowest effective dosage. No set dosage increases by any means. If after say 5 days it isnt as effective as it was up it 20mcg. Id start at 40mcg/day.
Oh to test if it is working use a thermometer. It should increase your body temp 1 degree. So take your temp the day before you take it so you have a baseline, take 40mcg thee next day. About 6 hours after taking it take your temp. If it is up 1 degree, it is working. Do NOT judge its effectiveness via side effects, we all respond differently and some tolerate clen very well. You could end up taking way more than is safe or necessary if you take it until you get side effects.

I like CLENBUTEROL really well myself. There is NO question it burns BF for me in a cutting phase.
I also like to use it after PCT for its mild anti catabolic effect as well as its fat burning properties.
 
I agree with bigorse. You should only use it if competing. There are more knowledgeable people here, but i was not impressed with clen. It did help but it was minimal and this was with cardio, no carbs, in contest preparation. I also took it for a long period every day which may be the reason for my results.

There are two different theories.. One is the 2 weeks on and then 2 off. The other one is straight on every day. I have read that your body adjusts which is the reason for the short cycles or the need to increase dosage. Supposedly the two weeks on and 2 weeks off does not allow your body to adjust however there are no studies that i can find that prove that.
Jimmyinked up is highly reputable and may be able to shed some light on this
