i cant stop eating , this shit make s me so hungry all day long. well at least im eating healthy foods.my calorie intake is going higher than i wanted ,but i cant help it.this shit should be used on a bulker.lol

i have not done an accurate bf test at all .none of the gyms on base have one. but i took a pt test last week and was taped at 15% but that is not accurate. All they did was measure my neck and wast 3 times and then put my height , weight and all that other bull shit in with my age and , yeah you get the point.
