For those of you ladies that have tried either Clen and/or ECY, what did you get out of it? Did you become ripped? Did you loss a lot of muscle and looked like skeleton? Did you gain muscle? What?
I've used the old AF Store's NYC thermo & love it.
I woudln't say i've gotten "ripped" on it -- only time I've gotten "ripped" is from diet & cardio specifically in that order for contest prep. Clen I personally dont' like but would cycle that & some OTC thermo every other 2 weeks.

Personally I really hate the stuff. Even 2 cups of regular coffee will push me into a 2 hr panic mode. I don't like the jitters but mostly I get a throbbing headache for several days that I just can't conduct my daily work routine with. I just don't look to that stuff for "fat burnign" anymore -- OTC therms give me a kick in the pants for training if I'm dragging but I just don't depend on the stims to "get me ripped".
