I already gave my comments on the women's board. No way I would give blanket advice without knowing details - such as DIET and TRAINING. Specifics. I mean SPECIFICALLY what you shove in your pie hole and what you do in the gym. Also, what your training history is.

lol, I was referring to the original poster. I just don't want to give a blanket statement about dosage of drugs without knowing more. Had nothing to do with you, or any of the other posters in this thread.
