Clen????

Have any of you ladies used Clen? If so, what were your results and sides. I am thinking about using this and wanted to know if the benefits outweigh the costs if any negative effects at all. I have been on the Anabolics boards but those men can't really advise me on this. Thanks ladies!
 
I haven't tried clen but I want to!!! I have lots of experience with thermogenics though. And they do work great...for a little while only. So you want to maximize it with proper diet and exercise
for a cutting cycle. The effects will wear off though as your body gets accustomed to it. You can only increase the dosage so much. But if you plan right I think it's pretty good to try.

Clenbuterol, medically used throughout many parts of the world as a broncodilator for the treatment of asthma, is a recent and popular addition to the realm of athletics. Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist, with properties somewhat similar to adrenaline. It acts as a CNS stimulant and users quite commonly report side effects such as shaky hands, insomnia, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea. These side effects generally subside quickly once the user becomes accustomed to the drug. Athletes find clenbuterol attractive for it's pronounced thermogenic effects as well as mild anabolic properties. Dosage regimes will vary depending on the desired effect. Clenbuterol generally come is 20mcg tablets, although it is also available in syrup and injectable form. Users will usually tailor there dosage individually, depending on results and side effects, but somewhere in the range of 2-8 tablets per day is most common. For fat loss, clenbuterol seems to stay effective for 3-6 weeks, then it's thermogenic properties seem to subside. This is noticed when the body temperature drops back to normal. It's anabolic properties subside much quicker, somewhere around 18 days. Currently, counterfeits of clenbuterol do exist, but they are scarce and most are bottles with loose tablets. Clenbuterol should only be trusted when purchased in foil and plastic strips, preferably with accompanying box and paperwork.
 
oh yeah but ease into it as you want to judge how it affects you. some people can and can't handle it very well....

Clenbuterol is a very interesting and remarkable compound. It is not a steroid hormone but a beta-2-symphatomimetic. Clenbuterol, above all, has a strong anticatabolic effect, which means it decreases the rate at which protein is reduced in the muscle cell, consequently causing an enlargement of muscle cells. For this reason, numerous athletes use Clenbuterol after steroid treatment to balance the resulting catabolic phase and thus obtain maximum strength and muscle mass. A fur-ther aspect of Clenbuterol is its distinct fat-burning effect. Clenbuterol burns fat without dieting because it increases the body temperature slightly, forcing the body to burn fat for this process. Due to the higher body temperature Clenbuterol magnifies the effect of anabolic/androgenic steroids taken simulta-neously, since the protein processing is increased.

Athletes usually take 5-7 tablets, 100-140 mcg per day For women 80-100 mcg//day are usually suffi-cient, It is important that the athlete begin by taking only one tablet on the first day and then increasing the dosage by one tablet each of the following days until the desired maximum dosage is reached. The compound is usually taken over a period of 8-10 weeks. Since Clenbuterol is not a hormone compound it has no side effects typical of anabolic steroids. For this reason it is also liked by women. Possible side effects of Clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor (involuntary trembling of fingers), headache, increased per-spiration, insomnia, possible muscle spasms, increased blood pres-sure, and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the product. In the meantime, Clenbuterol is well distributed on the black market and costs between $0.70 and $1.20 per 0.02 mg tab-let

no more than shakiness, edgy, anxious, headaches, etc....

have you ever done ephedrine type of stack before? same sort of thing....

nothing you can't handle....:D
 
Girl, we must be thinking the same things, as I was typing my post so were you. I am also considering Anavar. I have only been working out a year now and started out @ 250 now I am @ 180... I am @ a Plateau now... I need alot more work before I start the Anavar. I am just looking for an aid in Fat loss right now. So, that is why I was thinking about the Clen. It will probably be another year before I start the Anavar.
 
I just re-read Lobo's post, have you done any research on Cytomel. I think I will if you haven't yet. You are soooo informed about alot of this and I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to me as quickly as you have and helping me out. THANKS girl!!!! :friends:
 
It's hard to explain but clens sides are theoretically the same as ephedrine, but ALOT different. You have to try it out for yourself to see how, it's hard to explain. Ephedrine leaves most really wired. Almost like you want to run or do something with alot of activity. With clen I experience mostly tremors, headaches, and some cramping. The shaking is the fun part. Try going out to dinner and not look out of the ordinary. Trying to get food to your mouth without it falling off the fork will be a challenge.

As far as benefits goes it does serve it's purpose. It burns fat, but I'm not all that sure how much stronger the effects would be compared to ephedrine based products as clens effectiveness wears off in about two weeks. All I can tell you is to give it a try and see how it goes...
 
Thanks Daeo, has your girl ever used it? And are the tremors really that bad?!! LOL!! When I first tried Xenadrine it did that to me but wore off the next week.
 
ill be doing my first cycle of clen this week..im 5'2 115 lbs..im taking it to lower my bf so im not working out for nothing..along w/ a clean diet. has any1 ever heard of the brand pharmachim?

A better question would be what hasn't my girl used :D

She's currently using 8 pills/day. The shaking is bad, but will subside(but no go completely away)in around 5 days usually. Anything requiring a steady hand won't be easy. I wouldn't recommend you starting off at 8/day though. Try 3-4 and work your way up from there. You'll know when you're at your dosage. My girl eventually worked up to 10 pills one time and felt like she was in the middle of an earthquake. 8 pills is the highest we go anymore...

Yep. Pharmachim clen is manufactured in Bulgaria. It's my favorite. Alot better than oxyflux and spiropent in my opinion. The best on the market and also one of the cheapest. Good luck to you..

Daeo are you saying that Spiro Clen isn't any good or that the Pharm is just better because Spiro is the one was opting for.

Not saying spiro isn't any good. Just that I prefer Pharmachim. It's cheaper(at least for me) and really effective. I'm not sure if it's mental but I feel alot better on Pharmachim. I'd defenitely stay away from Oxyflux though...
 
im so pumped to take my clen woohooo lol...ive been studying these boards for months now and hope i have all the knowledge thats needed to get to my goal..dont have that much to go ill post results and good luck to all xoxo
 
i wanna start it right now..but the results r so much better when u have a clean diet which i do..but im still unsure as to how to get the ratios for protein carbs and fats..i know how to do the math for everything else..but is there even a figure that tells u "ok since ur eating this much gms of protein then it would be 30% protein" etc helpp
 
Have you ever thought about the 40/30/30 (Zone) or a Keto diet. I have done some research on both and there are actual books that have the meals planned for you. Really inexpensive also.
 
i was told by ppl that was the best ratio for me 40 protein 30 carbs and 30 fats...i was planning on looking into the atkins..im still a little confused which diet is right for me..i really dont need to lose weight if anything 5-8 lbs which can be easily lost when i start my workout..its mostly toning up i wanna do...so i guess the dr atkins diet is good????
 
Some people that I work with have been on the Atkins and lost alot weight. If you do not want to lose weight, I would not go that route. Ask someone here for a plan for you I am quite sure they would be more than willing to help. I know Triple V would, she has already given me great advice the past 2 days. I used clen for about two weeks with my first cycle --- I got up to 3 pills, and couldnt take it . I am prone to migraines, and I got the worst one while taking the clen.....lasted about 4 days. Does affect some with killer headaches.....just monitor your dosage and find what will work for you.

My husband took what I couldnt, and loved it. Works for some and not for others. Best of luck.
