AG guys have it never tried there myself but I hear good things. I got the vet grade stuff when I tried it can't remeber the name of it though.

Start with 20 mcg for 3 days then 40mcg 3 days then 60mcgs 3 days etc tell two weeks is up or the sides get unbareable. Then off for two weeks next 2 weeks you can start at a higher dose depending your tolerance.

LOL no not legal here for human use hence why I had vet grade stuff which taste like utter shit btw. If I did it again I would go with a UG like orbit and get there caps.
 
The thing w/ clen is that you have to go as you are able to deal w/ the effects -- you can start at 20 mcg and see how it goes - if the jitters, etc. are ok, increase the dose. If that's ok, on the next day increase the dose. If it gets too intense, then back down to the previous dose. Your receptors will increase tolerance as you take it so you will probably notice that you can handle increased dose over the 2 weeks. Then take 2 weeks off to let your receptors clear so you can restart the cycle at the next 2 weeks.

On the off 2 weeks you can take another thermo / ECA because that hits different receptors.

Note that I always notice that I start feeling like I'm hungry on the stuff. That always messes w/ my brain because its like a growly feeling in my stomach even when its not time to eat. Personally I always experience jitters & tension headaches. I don't like to be loading ibuprofin to deal w/ the headaches. And also watch how you can handle it so you can sleep. If you have poor quality sleep -- you have poor quality recovery time and the gains you would expect for your efforts get sacrificed in your lousy sleep.

I had major headaches and it did make me hungry as well so I was constantly eating or fighting the urge to eat.

Alright ladies, got to get some advice on clen....One of the moderators on this site actually had some good info on a personal note, but I would like to get some more opinions for those who have done it....

See, I am young, 23, and I import wine for a living. Since starting the company, I have had to wine and dine various clients and with the combination of the hollidays...the turnout was drastic...

I come from a family of bodybuilders so I have always been in the gym and like myself best at 5'9, 128lbs.... since I have gained some weight, I plan on using clen....do you ladies think that I could do it for six weeks? Like the first two weeks on then after do two days on and one day off....I certainly think that I would see best results this way.

My goal is to really get lean and shredded....

Mija, there are a lot of more desirable fatloss alternatives to Clenbuteral. The lure of Clen is that it's illegal so everyone assumes it's the best fatloss drug you can use, which isnt true. If you take enough of it to really experience the fatloss effect, then you are going to feel like shit, which just isnt necessary. There are other legal products around which work great and wont leave you feeling like hammered crap.
 
I didn't notice anything about adjusting your diet!?!?
If you maintain the same diet you can expect the dredded "rebound effect" when you stop using clen.
 
Also. If you do choose to use clen you MUST use taurine while running it. If you don't your body will not be converting T4 into T3 and you will really experience a nasty rebound after!

For me, the use of clen now and var later in the year would strictly to get my body in tact.....a little enhancement cant hurt anybody. Thanks for the info on taurine slat1;
