Let me just start by saying I'm very new to this whole thing and this is my first post. I've read A LOT of the posts on a lot of different forums about both of these, however I'm getting a lot of mixed info on dosages, and what precautions to take.

I'm 31 years old, 5'9", 173 lbs, 31" waist, 42" chest, 8-9% BF (according to the caliper).

My workout routine consists of 15min of hard rowing everyday in the morning, afternoon 30-60min weight routine, evening 30-60min weight routine. No days off day of chest, arms, back, legs. So 4 day routine. I switch the exercises up and do a lot of body weight pyramids.

My diet consist of almost all protein. I am taking 6 shakes a day of hydro whey (roughly 180 grams) Chicken breasts everyday for lunch. Almonds throughout the day, and apple, banana, or veggies maybe 2x's a day. Right now I run an ECA stack for about 6 weeks and then do 2 weeks of albuterol, then take about a month break with the stimulants.

My goal is just to lean out more then what I am (abs popping, exc...)

When I start the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off of clen should I continue to use the T3 on the off 2 weeks or do they need to be taken together. What is a good dosage to start with the T3? I was thinking 50mcg a day. Is that to low? I want to play it safe here, not looking to push the limits and wind up with a thyroid problem. So far this is probably the best thread I've read thus far on clen from needtogetaas.


Clen dosing. When dosing Clen you will want to start out with 3 20mcg doses a day and move up 20mcg
every 3 days till you reach 140mcg max. Always spread the dosing out over 3-5 doses a day that are a couple of hours
apart. Never go above 140mcg and always only go up 20mcg every 3 days.
Once you reach 140mcg stick to that dose for the rest of the time you are on the Clen cycle. 4 weeks
on 4 weeks off is the best and most effective way to use Clen.
The cycle would look like this

day Morning/noon/night
1 20/20/20
2 20/20/20
3 40/20/20
4 40/20/20
5 40/40/20
6 40/40/20
7 40/40/40
8 40/40/40
9 40/40/40
10 60/40/40
once you get to this dose just stay here till the end. Never go above this no reason to. Always take N2guard 2-3 caps with every dose of Clen. Always drink lots of water. ALWAYS RUN 1 GRAM OF Taurine A DAY WITH Clen.
And Albuterol is way better. Combine ether with some Need2slin and enjoy my friend. O also its a good idea to always run a muscle sparring compound of some kind with Clen too.

Lastly, other then what needtogetaas posts are there any other types of organ protectants I should be on as well. I've heard Saw Palmetto for prostate. Please give me all your input it would be much appreciated.

you are WAY better off running sarms as opposed to clen bro... you will get FAR MORE results and nowhere near the risk...
 
If you truly are 173 with 8% BF you're not gonna get much leaner....T3 & clen are not worth it.
 
I would not use T3 unless you are using some sort of AAS. The end result may be you weighing less, but being at the same body fat %. Also, there can be a lagging effect when you come off of the T-3 that can cause you to easily gain weight once you come off.

For Clen, I would pick up some Ketotifen and run it with it. Keto makes the Clen a lot more effective, and you can run it for a longer period of time.. so you don't have to go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I would go 6-8 weeks with it, and don't go over 80 mcg of Clen a day, working yourself up to the dose. Make sure to drink plenty of water and take taurine with the Clen. Run Keto at 2 mg per day. Take the Clen in the morning, you can split the dosages up, but don't take a dose passed about 4 pm. Take the Keto at night before bed because it causes drowsiness.

It basically makes it so your beta-2 receptors don't get shutdown, so you can run Clen as long as you want.

I'm going to do my own research, but what amount of ketotifen do you run with your clen. I also just read that it works possible even more effectively with the ECA stack. I appreciate the info. I don't know how to rate or anything on here yet otherwise I would give you some sort of credit for the info. Thanks again.
 
2 mg each night should do the trick. ECA and Clen both work on the beta-2 receptors. A lot of people switch back and forth between the 2 which does not make much sense to me. Clen is more powerful than ECA, but ECA is also very effective at burning fat. Can't really go wrong with either one.
 
Thanks for the info everyone. I ran Clen for 3 weeks starting at 20's 3X's a day and moving up to 60's 3X's a day spaced about 4 hours apart, took 10mg's of Keto daily with it. Took N2Guard, lots of potassium, 1500-2000g's taurine, and an extra liver protectant with it. Results were good but to be honest didn't see much of a difference if any at all from ECA or Albuterol. I decided to shit can the T3 that I ordered. I am doing 2 weeks of ECA and then jumping back on a final 2 week cycle of Clen. I didn't experience unbearable sides with the clen. I did notice that clen doesn't have near the appetite suppressant as the ECA stack does, for me at least. Thank you all again for your input. Always appreciated. I am now reading about Anavar/Winstrol.... and thinking running those together for 10weeks... I'm going to put a post up in regards to both of those, any knowledge you guys can pass is always much appreciated. Thank you again.

I totally agree!

On an aside, how long have you been at 9%? The reason I ask is if you have been dieting hard trying to lean up for a while your body may be putting on the brakes hard. With that in mind I would go into maintenance mode and hang at 9%, fluctuate food intake over the week, couple days at maint, couple days below, couple days above. Let your body get used to the BF level your at and after a couple months take another run at leaning out.
