Clen/T3 Real Time Explanation Needed Please

OK, on third and final week of Clen/T3 cycle. Have lost weight (belly/ass fat), but still gaining strength and muscle mass. For each inch lost of the waist = ~6lbs with past experience.

But this time, since cycling Clen/T3, have lost a total of 1 1/2 inches off the waist, but only 4lbs lighter. Not on any AAS, as this the first cycle of Clen/T3 and wanted to see exactly what they did.


As far as other factors:

Diet is very strict and the same as it would be on AAS cycle (including protein 7 times a day).

NO CARDIO AT ALL. Just intense weight lifting keeping heartbeat near or over fat burning range, even during rest.

Question is: Shouldn't I be losing muscle mass and strength?

Wouldnt really complain if your not loosing muscle or strength....I notice with myself that i really dont loose muscle mass while i cycle clen/t3 alone and do lose a great deal of fat and inches... but due to dieting..i do loose a considerable amount of strength

Thanks for the reply SF151. Gosh no, not complaining. I was just wondering why the exact action, which happened to you and was supposed to, didn't happen with me. The only variable I see is you did diet (less food). I'm not, but I'm still keeping the strength, and even gaining in some areas, but yet still loosing fat. I'm no spring chicken at 38.
 
It's the Clen.... Clen is anti-catabolic, so you will lose less muscle if you stack Clen with T3......
