clen for women?

Any women w/ clen experience? My girl wants to lose 10-15 lbs and I think from what I have read that clen would be better than T3. A dose of 80-100mcg/day for 6-8 wks.

Thanx for your help on the T3 post!

Hey LJ -

You can start by doing a search on "clen" and limit it to the women's board. You'll find reams of stuff on the topic. Or better yet, get your girl on here to educate herself.

Before she goes diving into using pills to lose weight, have her re-examine her diet & training. If those aren't in check, the pills wont' help anything. Just make her miserable. Also you wouldn't want to do a continuous cycle of clen for 6 weeks.

She'll probably get great results w/ just ECA and a tight diet / training.

Please don't let her think that there are quick fixes for losing weight because whatever she does, her body has to adjust to it and it takes time.

Can you or she post her diet & training now? That's the easiest & safest place to start.

Sas:

She works out 3X+/wk and eats light, 3x/day. she has used just about every diet aid available and wants to burn another 10-15lbs.
How should she use clen?

Again i will say it is her DIET...she wouldnt need to use anything.......

I've done a search and read everything on clen, but what I can't find is a simple answer on the dose of liquid clen in millilitres. My syringe is only in that unit and I've been told 2.5ml total per day. Does that sound correct? Or if anyone know the conversion of cc's to ml that may help. Thanks.

1 cc = 1ml

1 cc = 1 ml = 0.061 cu in = 0.034 fl oz = 0.203 teaspoon = 0.068 Tablespoon = 0.004 cup = 0.002 pint = 0.001 quart = 0.001 liter = 0.00026 gallon

as for the liquid dosages, i just used one tsp from the pump ( im assuming its the gel pump) to start off with and see how i could handle it....

1 teaspoon = 4.929 cc = 4.929 ml = 0.301 cu in = 0.167 fl oz = 0.333 Tablespoon = 0.021 cup = 0.010 pint = 0.005 quart = 0.005 liter = 0.0013 gallon

I wish diet was all it was. She has been dieting forever and has a hard time getting to the weight she wants.
I wish to bulk up and diet is not enuf. Some people are born w/ genetics that allow them to have a body that is sweet!

You are obviously NOT getting my point here......did you ever think that maybe she is not dieting the right way?? Hmmm....eating 3 x a day would make me fat too.....did you ever think she is eating the wrong kinds of food??? Genetics has nothing to do with it.....she would make major improvements if she would EAT THE RIGHT WAY.....just cause she is dieting...i dont care if it has been for 2 yrs....if she isnt eating right or enough calories...enough meals...it wont matter...she is just running herself into the ground...and she will get NO results...and u can use clen...t3 or the drug of your choice...IT WONT MATTER...cause her diet is not there...but have at it...when your ready to listen...there is a lot of good info on here.

What new@ said!

The problem is that she may have depleted her calorie intake so much that her body thinks its in starvation mode and her metabolism is slowed down to preserve the bodyfat she has because it thinks its in a drought or something.

You literally have to eat to drop body fat.

Can you post her diet and let's see what can be adjusted. Not just calories but how those calories are distributed - % protein, fat, carb.
