clen for my wife?

I'd put this whole diet into www.fitday.com & see what you are really eating. I think you are low in protein & cals in general.

I dont' see the point in using clen for you. I'd rather see you build up some muscle mass and lean down w/ regular diet & cardio, training. You can employ carb cycling to cut bodyfat.

Thank you for the feedback.

Fitday, I'd almost forgot about it altogether. I was pretty close to 40/30/30 last time I logged in there.

I have been putting 10-20 grams of whey protein into my oatmeal - started that a week or so ago.

If I combine 'Apple and almonds' or 'veggies and cottage cheese'- this quantifies as a real meal? It's easily a couple hundred calories with carbs, fat and protein all there.

Lifting hard & heavy and I can see the muscle gain, but the trouble spots still remain! Carb cycling - I have to educate myself more on how it works and what I'll have to eat. Thanks again!

whoa - hold on a sec! i skipped a whole meal there!

I do my oatmeal in the am around 10-11, then lunch is a huge salad with tuna around 2 pm. then my veggies/fruit pre-WO.

Again - veggies & fruit pre-worout & no other food since 2 pm and you are going to train heavy? I dunno - me - fruit burns up awfully quickly as a food source. I'd be violently hungry by the end of that workout. That's just me. Again unless I see the whole thing in fitday, it still looks low cals & protein to me. There are lots of cals in the almond because of the fats.
