Well congrats daddy!

Based on the ladies who've recently have babies, and going through what she is, it's obvious that a tight diet will work wonders and it won't happen overnight. Tightening of skin can take some time even without a baby belly. Personally I have no idea how clen would help her, but I do know if you want specifics the ladies sually wanna know what she's eating & how's she's training, given the doc ok'd her.

She's a mommy now, and the body will come back, it may take a little longer than she's used to but a little patience goes a long way.

I'm sure the ladies can offer some suggestions ... Bump for goluan

How about clen for ME? I have a chance to grab some. At 5'7 and about 150 lbs, size 6ish.

And you all know my diet (although I've been too damn busy working and working out to update my log recently)

6 AM on MON-WED-FRI
Shredded Mass fat burning creatine
Abs, and 30-60 mins cardio

7AM, protein shake with ice, water, skim milk, few strawberries

10 AM, oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon

1 or 2 PM, huge salad with tuna

5 PM, raw veggies or a small apple
sometimes with a few almonds or with 1/2 c. cottage cheese

6PM WORKOUT on MON, WED, THURS

7-9 PM DINNER
usually chicken or fish, brocolli, brown rice or whole wheat pasta
also trying ground turkey, did it last night with veggies and added into a whole wheat pita (100 calories, decent fiber and protein)

If hungry before bed- I'll do another shake, or sugar free jell-o or a few almonds... or a scoop of all natty peanut butter.

Any feedback is very appreciated! :)
Thanks.

sometimes with a few almonds or with 1/2 c. cottage cheese -- You're going potentially 4 hrs w/ no food and then going to train in an hour on an apple? Nope. Eat before you train. I'd put in a real meal here.

I'd put this whole diet into www.fitday.com & see what you are really eating. I think you are low in protein & cals in general.

I dont' see the point in using clen for you. I'd rather see you build up some muscle mass and lean down w/ regular diet & cardio, training. You can employ carb cycling to cut bodyfat.

my workout partner and I are both training/cutting for a figure bodybuilding competition. I started out A LOT less lean than her 6 weeks ago....well, she is at the point of giving up, she barely lost any weight and I on the other hand have changed drastically. My point is that she USED CLEN along with some kind of a poor excuse of a cutting diet ...did tons of cardio and still ended up gaining weight. Now, I am caught up to her, and actually look better with just a strict diet and hard training! So I guess you can be the one to decide whether this crap(a.k.a. CLEN) is even worth your time.

Just my little input ;)

Definitely congrats on your family! Very happy for you - kids are definitely God's little miracles.

Clen - not to slam your wife but if she's a weight loss councilor & trains but is looking at clen to make the difference??? I'm confused.

Let's go back to basics - like Bunny said - what is her diet SPECIFICALLY looking like? Similar to WW25 in this thread. It may appear to be a "healthy" diet, but just like when we prep for competition, we tweak our diets to get what we need out of them. Its like Dr. Phil says "How's that workin' for ya?" If she's been following the same diet since the baby and the weight isn't going, sorta tells ya its not the right diet huh? Clen won't make the difference and looking to it to make the difference is just wrong.

Let's revisit the diet first - I'm sure there are some great ways we can tweak it if we can see what she's doing. We can also suggest some great cutting tools like carb cycling to help cut the fat some. If you are willing to look at an controlled / prescription drug like clen to cut some bodyfat, you can't tell me you won't take a closer look at the diet too? There's no additional cost, you aren't asking her to put something in her body that she doens't know what it is and the clen will only perform as well as the diet you are trying to SUPPLEMENT with it -- note I am saying clen is ONLY A SUPPLEMENT to an already tight & productive diet & training program. It is not somethign you take when the other stuff isn't performing. That's just telling you the other stuff ISN"T PERFORMING ==> TIME TO FIX THE OTHER STUFF.
