Clen cycle

Hey guys

Just got some liquid clen which is 150mcg/ml, meaning 0.15 of ml = 22mcg

Did a test yesterday of 22mcg, didn't feel anything besides lethargic, felt hot and had a headache.

Did 0.3 of a ml, which is equal to 44mcg, this morning and felt heart rate elevate, light headed and headache at some points, and some weird muscle cramps when extended.
When I have a coffee, I feel a bit jittery and hazy. Haven't experienced shaky hands.

I'm not sure if this is sure if this is suppose to be happening??

I workout 6 days a week, which include 30 minutes of steady paced cycle and weight training.

Calorie calc said my maintenance for someone who works out with those specifications needs 2700 maintenance, so my calories are at 1500, mostly made up of oats, eggs and meat.

Is this plan efficient for a clen cycle?
I'm not sure sometimes if the clen is even active? Like I feel weird and elevated heart rate sometimes?

Clenbuterol side effects can be pretty tough to adjust to; this is especially the case if you're drinking stimulants like coffee. Clen sides include increased heart rate, anxiety and seating - all of which can be enhanced when you're adding stimulants to the equation.

Of course, many people drink coffee to try and counteract the lethargy they feel when on clen. But this can also be helped by making sure you get enough water because 1) it'll help hydrate you due to the increased sweating, and 2) when you get dehydrated, you're going to feel more tired.

Here's an article I wrote on Clenbuterol if you're looking for more info. Also, I think that your calories are too low for everything you're doing on top of the clen.

Thanks so much for response!
