clen and heart damage

That I don't know because I have never read a paper that looked at endocrine changes with clen.

Having said that, there are possible interactions with glucose and fat metabolism and related hormones.

Perhaps some of the other gurus can answer this one.

It's hard to say exactly what endocrine changes occur in humans with clen intake. In other animals it clearly has an effect on may hormones (most worrying for males is testicular damage). It almost certainly will have impact on GH, T3, insulin, neurotransmitters etc.. and seems to also affect conversion of estrogen from testosterone at the hypothalamic level. No one really knows what the magnitude or significance of any of this is in humans. BTW, this is true for all beta 2-adrenoreceptor agonists to a certain extent.

Wouldn't you have to take an extremely large dose of clen for extended periods of time to realize any of this heart damage? Also, what about subjects that only use 80mcg a day for 4 to 8 weeks out of the year? How does that compare to these rats?
