clen 2 weeks or 1

I started taking clen today. I am trying out Aug 6. (5 weeks) for a professional dance team and i want to look a little leaner. Anyway, I am more than half way to my goal, but I just want to make sure that my apprearance is not something I have to worry about come tryouts.

So my question is, should I cycle clen 1 week on 1 week off, or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?
 
This is just my personal preference...I will end my clen tomorrow ( wed ) after 2 weeks on. It has really helped.. I'm almost there..thank God. The hand shakes are a pain in the rear especially when I put on mascara... what a mess lol. But it has worked for me. The half life of clen lasts a while. However I didn't lose any sleep which was my main concern when I started. I will be off for 2 weeks and start back up for 2 more weeks. I take mine with 1000mg of taurine 500 in am 500 late afternoon along with potassium about 500mg a day this will keep your body from cramping and protect your heart. headaches can be delt with by using tylenol.

My question to you is how much bf do you want to lose? If not much then I'd do the 2 weeks on and stop. If more then 2 weeks on and 2 off

I'm right about 19.5% and would like to get down to b/t 17.5 and 18%. 5 weeks ago I was at 21% so I know I can do it.

How much bf did you lose if any? And about the potassium and the taurine, GOT IT!
 
I started at 17.5% now I'm at 16% going for 14.5%-15%. Go with the 2 weeks on that ought to do it. Also keep in mind a clean diet is the key to low bf. Good Luck!
