Clean up this cycle please- Needto, Mac, and NJMuscle

Please advise bros.

Test E cycle for 10 weeks with 250-500 mg EW, undecided on dosage along with EQ 400 mg EW. Everyone has said to run the EQ at least 14 weeks for the best results. If I am going to run it for 14 weeks should I run it two weeks before the test or 2 weeks longer than the test or neither? I know the EQ alone can shut me down.
Also, how much cardio is too much? I guess it depends on my goals?

26 years old, 6 foot, 170 pounds, bout 10 to 12% BF. I am looking to put on some solid mass and hopefully lose some body fat to about 8 to 9% BF thus the cardio question. I am not looking to cut per se, just lose a little fat.

I know the EQ will make me hungry. Working on cleaning up my diet right now. I got some time before i start the cycle. Just researching now.
 
you wanna do cardio at a buck seventy? i don't do it at 270. i'd run them both high. 500-600 ew each. and EQ is gonna shut what down? shit is gonna shut down anyway, if you're talking about natural test production....
 
If I can get to 8% BF without cardio, then I wont do it. And yes, I know my test is gonna shut down...the test e will do that. My point was that if I run the EQ for the first 2 weeks alone, I will be shut down anyway from the test later on so I didnt think it mattered whether I ran the EQ the two weeks before or for 2 weeks longer than the test. I am debating between the 250 to 500 because I am not sure how big I am going to get. I am doing this cycle for me, dont get me wrong, but if I blow up too big too fast I am going to raise some eyebrows with family members that I do not want. There are 2 doctors and an advanced practice nurse in my family. More importantly, I work in the hospital and am around doctors and nurses all day. I could lose my license for juicing and that is my career!
I am a little paranoid about how big I get. I dont really want to be big...I want to be biggER, more muscular, and have less body fat.
 
Bro...... I know we all react different to AAS, but IMO EQ sucks, i dont think in the end you will be happy with the results .As far as getting ''BIG''to fast, the EQ takes a while to kick in, so dont worry about that. Id look into doing something else if you really want to bulk up bro. just my 2cc

you can run the eq past the test bro no probs there.ht has the right idea with the eq though run it high at 600mg test 500-750mg.

this your first cycle bro.

At 170 lbs. You don't even need to worry about cardio, just build size.

Have a clean and good diet as well and everything will be fine.

although i don't personally like EQ. people often run it incorrectly. either not enough, not long enough. i think test at that weight and age is gonna put 20 lbs. on him easily....

Yeah, right now I am using food and lifting to build my size...all natty.
I just hate seeing my body fat increase as I increase in mass. I want a six pack as bad as I want everything else....and that comes down to only one thing....BF%

Needto...I did a cycle back in 2005 with Sus. 500 EW It wasn't stellar but I managed to put on some decent mass. I did not eat enough though and I got burned out from lifting and stopped all together. I had different goals back then. I have been natty ever since but really started hitting it hard lately and getting back my gains. I am still in the heavy research mode. I read and study a couple of hours every day from the boards to the roid profiles to PCT. I am learning a lot from you guys. The bros here are good bros. When I do another cycle, I wanna be ready and I wanna do it right. This is serious to me. Right now I am just researching and asking questions. In the meantime, I am hitting the gym hard and trying to get my diet in check. I believe diet is the most important part of the whole process. I got some kinks to work out. Needto, if I eat big and work hard will I gain huge on 500 of test E and 600 of EQ? Proposed gains?

ya bro you will gain enough for people to notice thats for shore.keep bloat down and I dont think you will have much of a problem with people asking if your on roids.thats the trick.to look like you have gained a lot of muscle but not look like your on roids.

Do what suits your needs.

Just remember that no one is cut year round and those guys that you see with six packs

are always flexing, posing, sucking in, and blowing out when that pic is being taken.

I'd rather have a four pack over a six anyday, it shows a guy is not a girl when it

comes to diet, eat meat bro. Girls like a man with an appetite.

Well the good news is that everyone knows I am working out because they are alway asking me how its going. Scrubs also tend to be baggy so I shouldnt be ripping through or anything. I think I am gonna use Liquidex for bloat as needed...maybe .5 ED until the bloat dies down but only if I need it. Thanks for the advice. I keep going back and forth between 250 test E EW and 500 test e EW. I bet when the rubber meets the road it will be 500 heh. I have high hopes on the EQ. It seems you few arent too impressed with it but I have read a lot of people who call Test E and EQ their cycle of choice. I am excited none the less. Everyone says and everywhere I have read says run the EQ from 400 to 600 a week and for at least 12 weeks.

14-16 weeks for the eq bro.imo
 
bro if you are running eq just go 14 weeks with it and runt the test right along with it for 14 weeks

keep it simple

1-14 500mg test E/wk(along with adex)
1-14 400mg eq/wk
nolva

So you decided EQ also hmm? Well look bro its gonna be really tough to gain 20 lbs and end up at 8%. It will be nearly impossible without absolute dedication, something a working man is hard pressed to do. EQ will help you get there, but honestly you're better off learning on 250 test/week for at least 1 cycle, then consider a good 14 weeker with EQ. My best gains as a naturally lean person were ~~23 lbs at 13%. Your either going to have to build slow to stay at 8%, or be willing to bulk up, then cut up.

The one I'm on now is 300 test C/wk with 400EQ/wk, Have had some GREAT gains, seems like the perfect dose for my first cycle in like 6 years. I'm on week 8 next week, and going to add var. It's gone really well!!!
 
Thank you everyone for your responses. I guess ultimately I have to decide what I really want. I have plenty of time to think about it. I am not rushing into anything. I will heavily consider the advice of my bros.

Or you could try a different starter cycle


Weeks 1-14 750mg EQ per week
Weeks 1-14 750mg Test E per week
Weeks 1-6 100mg per day Tren Ace/Fina
Weeks 1-6 50mg per day D-bol
Weeks 8-14 50mg per day winny

Solid and Jon layed out a very reasonable cycle.

If I were you, I'd either cut or bulk.

I've tried the whole lean bulk cycle and it's very hard to do right.

Cals have to be perfect and for that to happen you have to know your body very well.

At 170lbs I would suggest bulking unless you have a high bf, in which case you shouldn't be juicing anyways.

Good luck on your first.
 
At your weight and height don't see what AAS will do for you. I think that your idea of steroids is not what it should be. In all honesty you need to gain some size on your own and get up to 200lbs. Then consider AAS to go further.
It is not as easy as you think to gain a lot of mass and loose fat. I'm 6' 240+ at about 10-12bf and believe me it take more than a cycle of EQ and some test to get there ;) good luck
