clean food

fish, chicken, turkey, pork, red meat (mostly fish)
rice, rice noodles (mei fun)
any green veggie, root veggie (mostly - peppers, zuccini, spinach, mushrooms)
any fruit (mostly - pineapple, tomato, banana, dates, plums & apples)
black beans and red kidney beans
almonds

(I no longer eat oats, flour, yeast, wheat, soy or dairy do to allergies and on the occassion I break down it takes a few days to feel normal)
 
pretty much the same....

chicken, turkey, occasional lean red meat, occasionally eat Salmon or Mahi-Mahi (I HATE all other types of fish), eggs (4 whites: 1 whole egg), cottage cheese
vegetables: spinach, green beans, green pepper, zucchini, cucumber, asparagus, celery...basically anything green! sometimes red pepper or tomato
carbs: brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas once in a while, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat

treats: sugar free jello, fruit (strawberries, cantaloupe, red grapes)
 
why everybody eating only green veggies, but I missing here tomatoes, yell, red peppers or corn and what about carrot?? is not good for cutting?

I eat tomato, corn (in my chilli or when it's in season here) and all colors of peppers. I could take or leave carrots (I like them cooked to death with butter and honey so it's not a great choice for me).

Most people will avoid fruits and veggies that have higher levels of sugar - hence green veggies.

You though should not be cutting anymore you should be eating to gain some muscle.
