pretty much the same....
chicken, turkey, occasional lean red meat, occasionally eat Salmon or Mahi-Mahi (I HATE all other types of fish), eggs (4 whites: 1 whole egg), cottage cheese
vegetables: spinach, green beans, green pepper, zucchini, cucumber, asparagus, celery...basically anything green! sometimes red pepper or tomato
carbs: brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas once in a while, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat
treats: sugar free jello, fruit (strawberries, cantaloupe, red grapes)
