Cla???

Ive heard lots of good stuff about CLA, but Id like to know what you guys think of it, does it realy work and which is the best brand to use?

If you just type in key words you can usually find tons of good info on the subject you are searching for...if that fails and u dont find what you are looking for or have more questions..ask away
