Sorry guys, would post this on diet forum but they take FOREVER to answer... guess they're not as dedicated as we are

Anyway, I'm on a ckd right now and trying to hit ketosis, and my girl keeps talking about how she wants me to eat whipped cream and strawberries off her... that shit has too many carbs, as does hershey's chocolate syrup, what can I use instead? Butter is kinda nasty... do they have carb-free whip or something like that?

That really is HARDCORE. I am not flaming you but that is one of the dumbest questions I have ever heard. How many carbs can a Strawberry and some whipped cream have. Also strawberriers are fruits healthy carbs. They do make lite whipped cream, enjoy yourself and treat your woman
