CKD Diet plans/ What to eat

I am going to start the CKD diet plan, I am at 218. Anybody who is close to this weight who would post what and how much the eat would really be appreciated. I have used the excel sheet and got the numbers but how do you eat that much fat everyday????
 
It's actually very easy!! Almost too easy. There are many ways to get that fat! Olive oil, salad dressings, heavy cream and my favorite of all, cheese!!!!

I am only 139 and I am a female so it wont be like yours, but you should be able to get the picture.

Fitday is invaluable. Start off by picking your favorite high fat foods and get as close to MR.X's #'s as possible. When I started I thought the same thing, but now I find that I can easily add up the fat.

Some people will advise peanut butter and nuts. I did that for my first week and it definetly slowed my progress, so I cut it out for week 2 and 3. Now I am seeing a big difference. Not in weight but in BF.

Also, try to stay away from protein shakes. If you have too much protein you body will start using that for energy instead of the fat. I only have one once a week. That's on day 3 when your protein intake is almost the same as your fat intake.

Oh and if you are not lower than 15% BF then you may want to skip your carb up day the first week or two.

And one more thing; the first week is really HARD. You may experience lethargy, depression, irritability...after the first week it's cake, so stay strong.

I was just about that weight in january with 20.4% bf, has been doin CKD since then ....now 25weeks later Im 188lb with 11.1%.
I have been eatin 2600kcal (230P/15C/180F). Only been doin EC @ 30/300*2 on a 5on 2off schedual. Carbup 38h -340P/880C/80F.

protein source- cottage cheese, Egg, Chicken, Protein shakes
fat source - oils, mayo, egg,
extras - lots of psyllium husk (v.important), vitamin C (deficiency symthoms are seen if not taken 4+g a day), Multivitamin
