CKD Carb counts!

I just bought some guacamole dip and it reads 1 carb per serving. The ingredients contain corn syrup. SHould I shy away from this becasue of that or is a carb a carb while I am CKD'n. ALso, is it true I can eat a whole can of spinach at one sitting becuase the fiber content brings the carbs down to 5 or 6. Is this also true with the "impact carbs" in protien bar. I read that if a bar has 14 carbs and 2 are impact, you only count 2 towards your carb count. I only eat these 1 or 2 times a week when I am traveling and get tired of packing a buffet of meat with me. I am using the CKD for bulking and I am going to cheat 1 day a week rather than carb up. I will still be eating oats, yans and stuff like that but I am going to throw in donuts, pizza and a couple beers also. Any thoughts on this would help out greatly. I am consuming 2900 calories a day so far for 5 days on the ckd plan with about 12-16 carbs a day comming from cheese, nuts, creams, eggs and I have went from 180 down to about 177. This is after a very low carb (60<) a day for 13 days. I think I will end up eating about 3500-4000 calories a day to get a 1 pound gain a week, that is including the all out food blitz day Saturday.

Not sure about the guacamole dip, but I imagine if you only eat one or two servings that two carbs even if they are corn syrup will not do a lot of damage. I do not eat canned veggies, only fresh or steamed. There are a couple of people that use there carb up as a cheat day and eat everything in site and they say it does not have a negative effect. Presonally I use every other carb up day as a cheat day to eat pizza etc and it has not caused me any problems. Up until very recently I ate protein bars, but a couple of people here told me they were crap. I think Bodybyfinaplix tested a couple. He ate them and then tested his blood sugar with a glucometer and found that almost all of them elevated his blood sugar.
