CKD and caffeine...

Who drinks coffee, caffeine or an ECA while on CKD? I find I need at least 2-3 cups a coffee a day while on CKD or I have no energy.

When I was on my CKD, caffeine was almost a necessity

Coffee with heavy whipping cream actually helped me get extra fat into my diet.

Caffeine was a necessity while I was on CKD. I really dig coffee though, so I drink it anyway (Just without the heavy cream).
